Introduction of Disc Type Spring:
Disc spring is also called academically as Belleville spring, it is in round plate cone shape, it is
different from spiral spring and it has special function/ feature such as: heavy loading, short stoke, easy assembly, less room need.
Owing to that traditional spiral spring is limited in loading and its shrinkage stroke is too long, it
fails to afford the condition requested by nowadays mechanical industry, round plate spring
therefore take the place of the position of traditional xxx spring gradually due to its unique feature.

The Suitable Usage:
1.The usage of the disc spring are various, which can stack in the same direction(figure 1),
reverse direction(figure 2), or mix them together(figure 3). The reverse direction method, its
compressible travel routes are directly proportional to the pieces of the disc spring. And the
mixture method, the burden and travel route all add up with multiple propotion, please read
the usage example(figure 6).
2.The compressible travel route of the disc spring : the best usage scope is between
10% and 75 % of the biggest compression.
3.When assembling or using the disc spring, no matter install in the lead-screw or feed hole, the
surface of the lead-screw and feed hole must be smooth, and the bar hardness must exceed
the HRC 55。
4.According to the suitable gap between the disc spring and lead-screw or feed hole. Please
read the figure 4 and table 1.
5.When assembling or using the disc spring, the effect of the lead-screw combination (figure 4a)
is better than installing in the feed hole(figure 4b).
6.The installation of the disc spring, it is better to put the bottom of the disc spring toward the
burden strength source in principle, as figure 5.
7.The disc spring will reduce the spring coil life when touch the shot compression immediately.
8.The method of stacking in the same direction(figure1), do not exceed over 5 pcs.
9.Add some detergent butter or lubricant to decrease the friction when using the disc spring.
