Wire Spring Imported From Germany

Material：       The material of spring is made mainly by chrome-vanadium steel and silicon-                        chrome steel, it is featured with high tension, high-speed vibration, high 
                        temperature proof, resisting to fatigue. Any other features are on request.
Specification：The spring meets standard of Europe, U.S.A. and Japan. Any other special
                       diameters,wire diameters, lengths, P value of materials or samples are on request.

How to use the spring：
1. First of all, calculate the maximum stroke you need.
2. Give a pre-pressure before you install the spring to enable the spring has inner pressure
    within, if otherwise, the spring will decrease its life. General pre-pressure is 3~5% of total
    length.
3. The spring should have a screw and barrel as shown in figure.
4. If the rammer is grinded, the spring will increase the shrinkage, don’t forget to grind the pad
    to  keep it in original shrinkage.
